Our Services
We engage & support youth to reach their full potential through accountability and opportunity!
We connect with at-risk youth involved in the legal system by providing positive interventions that will give the youth hands-on skills and tools while providing, expanding, and deepening community connections. Attention is given to addressing all barriers which could or have directly contributed the youth to be involved in the legal system. Special focus in supporting a youth’s family will be provided to assist the family in better identifying and addressing challenges their child is facing; ultimately strengthening the youth’s overall intervention.
Our Programs
Holistic Diversion
This program is designed to pair a youth with the arts and trades based businesses in the youth's community for a year long apprenticeship. Youth will engage in case management, connection to resources and an educational component.
Traditional Diversion
This program is designed to work with a youth to identify short term interventions to aid in finding, addressing and correcting potential causes of delinquent and criminal behavior while supporting the discovery of prosocial activities.
Basic Living Skills Education
This program is designed to be complimentary to Holistic Diversion and act as a preventative intervention to a youth becoming involved in the legal system. Youth will learn basic living skills and transferable skills to live a more successful way of life.
Truancy
This program is designed to improve a student's attendance in school by identifying and intervening early. This form of intervention can make a lasting impact on a student's academic success as well as act as a preventative service to avoid delinquent behavior.

We provide a listening ear and a thoughtful approach to creating a plan of support and change.

We get to know our youth and their families to provide the best support and resources to tackle the concerns they have.

We connect the community with its youth to help the youth discover their potential for life.

We believe it takes a community to support each other and the next generation. Through collaborative partnerships we introduce and build upon existing community strengths.
