House-Raising Corp. is a registerd 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that values individual privacy. We want to give our website visitors the opportunity to know what information we collect about them and how they can limit the use of personally-identifiable information beyond the purposes for which they first provided it. At all times, however, House-Raising Corp. reserves the right to disclose information where required by law or to comply with valid legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order), to protect House-Raising Corp’s rights or property, including without limitation in the event of a transfer of control of House-Raising Corp. or substantially all of its assets, or during emergencies when safety is at risk.

We are the sole owners of the information collected through our site. We only have access to and collect the information you voluntarily give us via one of our contact forms or any other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than necessary to fulfill your request or in compliance with any legal requests.

The servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Children’s Privacy House-Raising Corp’s website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we obtain knowledge that we have personally identifiable information about a child under 13 in retrievable form in our files, House-Raising Corp. will delete that information from our existing files.
