About Us

Our Approach

Accountability + Opportunity: Youth commit to structured engagement and clear expectations while gaining the tools and support to thrive beyond the justice system.

Our Mission

We create spaces where systems-involved youth feel seen, supported, and empowered to rewrite their story.

Our Vision

A community where every young person is surrounded by possibility, not punishment.

What We Do

Empower youth to rewrite their stories.

We partner with arts and trades businesses to provide year‑long apprenticeships, education, court & case oversight, and family support—helping systems‑involved youth (ages 10–25) build skills, confidence, and futures they own. Our approach balances accountability with opportunity, ensuring youth meet clear expectations while gaining tools to thrive beyond the justice system.

The pillars of service:

  • Business Apprenticeship: Hands‑on training with arts/trades businesses to build in‑demand skills and real career pathways.
  • Education: GED prep, credit recovery, and essential life skills (financial literacy, entrepreneurship), paired with monthly mentor‑led themes.
  • Court & Case Oversight: Guidance and compliance support to keep youth on track with program and court expectations, connecting them to resources.
  • Family Support: Strengthening families with tools, referrals, and practical supports to reduce barriers and create stability.

Community Partnership

We collaborate with communities to identify and deliver services that complement and strengthen Holistic Diversion—ensuring youth and families have the support they need to thrive.

Additional services can include, but not be limited to:
  • Traditional Diversion Services
  • Truancy Services
  • Basic Living Skills Education
  • Family Support Services
  • Community Identified Preventative Services
  • Systems‑involved youth often face cycles of punishment that limit opportunity. Holistic diversion interrupts that trajectory—replacing isolation with community, fear with skill‑building, and judgment with pathways to self‑sufficiency.
