Traditional Diversion

Redirecting youth from the justice system through short-term, structured interventions.

Our Traditional Diversion program provides short-term, individualized interventions that help youth stay accountable while building skills and repairing harm—creating a pathway away from the justice system.
Services
We provide individualized interventions

We start with an intake process to understand each youth’s strengths, challenges, and goals—then match them with interventions that fit their needs.

Community-based services with licensed professionals to identify and stabilize mental health concerns and reduce substance use.

Accountability support and education to help youth repay victims and understand the impact of their actions.

Opportunities for youth to give back through meaningful service that strengthens community ties.

Repairing harm and rebuilding relationships through dialogue and accountability—measured by restoration, not punishment.

Short-term, targeted learning on topics like anger management, chemical health, cognitive behavioral skills, and violence prevention.

What We Do

We work with youth ages 10–25 who are involved in the legal system, providing short-term interventions that promote accountability and address the root causes of harmful behavior. Each plan is tailored to the youth’s needs and circumstances, with attention to barriers that contribute to justice involvement.
